At Bodes & Bode Juweliers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your exquisite jewelry selection. If your piece is not quite right, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal to select the item you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewelry in its original Bodes & Bode presentation box and ensure all certificates, authenticity cards, and protective packaging are included.

• 3.
  Insured Shipping

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized courier location; we highly recommend using an insured method for high-value items.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our master jewelers have inspected the item to verify its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
